Welcome to Indelible! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Indelible platform and services (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Indelible Inc. Ltd.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Changes to Terms

Indelible reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

4. User Accounts

a. Account Creation: To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Project Creation and Backing

a. Project Launch: Creators must adhere to Indelible’s guidelines when launching projects, including accurate project descriptions and honest representation.

b. Backer Responsibilities: Backers are responsible for understanding the risks and rewards of projects they back. Funding is at your own risk, and Indelible does not guarantee project success.

6. Payments and Fees

a. Payment Processing: Payments for projects are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Indelible is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these processors.

b. Fees: Indelible charges a fee for the use of its Services. Details about fees are available on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Project Content: Creators retain ownership of their project content. By launching a project, creators grant Indelible a license to use, display, and distribute project content.

b. User Content: Users grant Indelible a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use user-generated content.

8. Prohibited Activities

a. Misuse: You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or any illegal activities.

b. Intellectual Property Violations: Users must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Termination

Indelible reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice for any violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

b. Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Limitation of Liability

Indelible is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
